Ktlujkull is named after the powerful (and still active) volcano Katla, which is partially covered by the Mrdalsjkull glacier.

this series focuses on small-scale sand formations shaped by wind and water

These bubbles can take on a range of textures and colors

shaped by natural forces and human intervention

colorful currents spread across the dark shoreline

they reveal a captivating array of colors and textures—reminiscent of a living watercolor painting

Geology has always been a source of fascination

the sediment is deposited within the riverbed

with tunnels spacious enough to walk through

the ice partially melts and refreezes

But what attracted me most were the yellow flower pollen on the dark and cold lake

reminiscent of glitch art
