Our V5 incorporates this tighter wound string with an added high strength "polyurethane"

This is because when you add too much tension you start to lose the great "feel" characteristics and ball pocketing natural gut was intended for in the first place

Previous versions were nearly all hand made

when tying off the knots do not pull the tension on the knot

but generally from an overall player perspective

Simply make sure the gut is always straight and never binds up or tangles especially when applying tension or pulling through the grommets

but unfortunately for the "name" far more expensive
