Uncle Vals Restorative Gin (750 ml) variety_Cabernet SauvignonReleased in 2014 by 3 Badge Mixology (f. k. a. 35 Maple Street), this gin is follow up product to its Botanical Gin release from 2012. Bottled at 45% ABV. Uncle Val's Restorative Gin is made with four botanicals juniper, coriander, cucumber and rose petals that are infused with a neutral grain spirit. After distillation, it is bottled at 45% ABV. Tasting Notes: Nose: Crisp juniper berry, soft gourdy cucumber and the slightest hint of rose petal.
